Our build philosophy
We preserve the honest, mechanical feel that makes an old truck worth owning—then improve the systems that make it safer, stronger, and better to live with. Every choice has to work in the shop, on the road, and far beyond pavement.

In the shop
A deconstructed M997A2 ambulance is taking shape as a practical expedition camper: warm cedar tongue-and-groove, a full galley, lounge seating, compact bath, and an elevated bed—all packaged around a clear center aisle.
The process
A good build starts with honest priorities. We define the mission first, then make the vehicle support it.

Scope, sequence, and key decisions are mapped before parts and fabrication begin.
